In the event of a conflict, Apple’s Standard EULA applies where required by Apple.

If you access the App through Google Play, your use of the App is also governed by the Google Play Terms of Service, including Section 8 (Rights and Restrictions).

These Terms of Use are intended to supplement, not replace, Google’s terms.

Vista8Studio apps are provided for educational, informational, creative, and personal planning purposes only.

Any calculations, recommendations, simulations, visualizations, or outputs produced by the App are estimates or illustrative results, based on generalized rules, assumptions, and user-provided inputs.

The App does not provide official, certified, or authoritative results.

Use of the App does not create any professional, advisory, fiduciary, or client relationship.

Vista8Studio does not act as a legal advisor, financial advisor, tax preparer, accountant, educator, or government representative, and does not provide government services or act on behalf of any public authority.

Vista8Studio makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or applicability of any content or results produced by the App.

Results may vary due to assumptions, limitations, user input, or changes in external conditions.

Users are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vista8Studio shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses or penalties
• Lost opportunities or savings
• Incorrect planning or decisions
• Reliance on App outputs or recommendations

You acknowledge that:
